Where to purchase an Air Conditioner
AirConUSA brings special offers from air conditioner manufacturers, wholesalers and distributorsHot water boilers don't make you fresh tea, but they do keep you warm during the winter. These boiler units are especially important parts of your household and should be taken care of constantly. Yet, even with tender care things can still go wrong with your boiler. Below are a few common issues you may come across while using hot water boilers for heat.
* No power- Even a gas powered hot water boiler may need electricity for thermostat control and other functions. Check your breakers and or fuses if your boiler has no power.
* Water to low- hot water boilers are designed to work with a specific amount of water, if that water gets too low you will have no heat. There should be a pressure relief valve that regulates the water input, however if not you may have to open the water feed valve until the pressure indicates 12psi.
* Pilot is out- Most boilers burn some type of gas and should the pilot light go out, no heat! Simply re light the pilot and you will be back in business.
* Thermostat is malfunctioning- First check that the thermostat is set to heat mode and on the appropriate temperature. You should then move the control up or down a few notches and see if that makes a difference. If none of the above works, you may want to call a technician familiar with your system.
Generally, hot water boilers are very reliable systems, especially with the technological advances of today. Older units were less reliable and could even be dangerous at times. If you have a water boiler made prior 1995, you should consider buying a new hot water boiler or hot water heater in NJ as soon as possible.
